Canadian Wheel is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Agent to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer questions about products, services, billing, or accounts
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions in the company system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow company policies and customer service procedures
- Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism during all interactions
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Multilingual skills are an asset
Hours : 08 :00 – 17 :00 / Monday-Friday
Starting pay = To be determined based off prior call center experience
Previous experience in the wheel industry is an asset
