As the Esthetician at the Sisley Boutique, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facial treatments, body massages and Hair Treatments and ensuring that our client sreceive exceptional service and personalized care.
You will lead a team of estheticians and cosmetologists providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire the team of estheticians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing feedback to ensure professional development and performance excellence.
In partnership with the Store manager, schedule and coordinate staff assignments, optimizing productivity and client satisfaction.
2. Client Experience:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs and goals.
Perform a variety of facial treatments
Ensure that treatments are tailored to each client's skin type, concerns, and preferences, delivering results-driven outcomes and a luxurious experience.
3. Quality Assurance:
Maintain a pristine and organized treatment environment, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols as well as the Sisley Protocols.
Monitor treatment outcomes and client feedback, making adjustments as needed to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, continuously elevating the quality of our offerings.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies, special events, and package offerings to drive business growth and client retention.
Collaborate with the hair styling department to create integrated spa experiences, coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless transitions between services.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing knowledgeable recommendations for at-home skincare regimens and product usage.
5. Sales and Performance
Qualifications:
Esthetician license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury spa or salon environment, with demonstrated expertise in a wide range of facial treatments.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
