As a Brand Ambassador – Field Operations, you'll be out in the community every day, connecting with homeowners across Nova Scotia and introducing them to TRALO's residential heat pump programs. We'll train you from day one and give you the tools, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners in residential communities across Nova Scotia and introduce them to TRALO's heat pump programs
- Have genuine, confident conversations with homeowners about their home heating costs, comfort, and available options
- Generate interest and book consultations for our sales team
- Track your activities and appointments using our CRM system
- Represent the TRALO brand with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude in the field
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company performance goals

- Available Monday through Saturday (Monday to Friday 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 12 PM to 5 PM)
- No experience required — we provide training and coaching from the ground up
