Eco Guardian Inc. is seeking a well-organized, service-oriented Office Administrator to keep our Aurora office running smoothly. This is a varied, people-facing role for someone with a proactive, can-do approach who takes pride in a well-run workplace and enjoys supporting colleagues across the organization.

Eco Guardian Inc. is a certified manufacturer of compostable foodservice packaging, based in Aurora, Ontario. We help businesses reduce their environmental footprint through sustainable packaging solutions, and our team is growing.
Purpose of the role
As Office Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our office and a key source of support for teams across the company. You will keep day-to-day operations organized and efficient, anticipate needs, and ensure that colleagues, visitors, and partners are well supported. By keeping the office running well, you enable every team to focus on their core work — making this role central to how the organization functions.
What you'll do
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Keep the office, kitchen, and coffee stations stocked, tidy, and well-maintained
- Order and organize office supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Assist with the coordination and set-up of company events and meetings
- Provide administrative support across departments, including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and filing. May also include completing expense reports.
- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed to support the office
What you bring
· A proactive, can-do approach with strong initiative
- A professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
- Three (3) years in an administrative, reception, or office support role is an asset
