About the Role:
We are currently hiring a reliable and hard-working Greenhouse Construction Labourer. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, can follow direction, and works well as part of a crew. You’ll be supporting the construction of greenhouse structures by performing a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembling greenhouse structures including framing, panel installation, and anchoring
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labour tasks such as digging, leveling, lifting, and cleaning
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Follow directions from crew leads and supervisors
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, sometimes at heights
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, farming, or general labour is an asset but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow safety procedures
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Steel-toe boots and work-appropriate clothing required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
