About the Role
As a Tire Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of tires and wheels on a wide variety of vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure our customers leave with confidence in their ride.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels with precision
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage or defects
- Follow detailed work orders and schedules accurately
- Ship and receive tires, wheels, and other inventory
- Maintain tools and tire equipment to ensure safe operation
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous tire technician or related automotive experience needed
- Proficiency in mounting, balancing, and aligning tires/wheels
- Physically fit — able to lift to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Safety-first mindset and familiarity with shop safety protocols
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $20.00–$24.00
- Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
