The Role
As a Transfer Operative, you will:
- Collect deceased individuals from their place of death.
- Transport them safely and respectfully to funeral homes.
- Support families in sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
This role is best suited to someone who is physically fit. Semi-retired individuals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely collect and transport the deceased.
- Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Follow company procedures and industry standards.
- Verify the identity of the deceased before removal.
- Complete required forms using the Connect Team app.
- Register the deceased upon arrival at the funeral home.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy.
- Drive safely, legally, and courteously.
- Follow company policies, driver guidelines, and privacy regulations.
- Attend required training sessions.
