Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative ( Printing and Packaging Materials ) to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential Printers and packaging business clients in GTA and nearby areas to promote our products and services, primarily through outside sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and database of businesses .
Duties
- Conduct outside sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups, account management, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs during face-to-face meetings or virtual presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining effective communication with the team.

Pay: $35,200.00-$120,194.26 per year
