Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Finish carpentry
- Deck construction and repairs
- Drywall installation, taping, and repairs
- Property maintenance and general handyman services
- Remediation and restoration work
- Interior and exterior renovations
- Painting and finishing
- Basic framing
- Minor roofing repairs
- General construction and repair work
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Physically fit and capable of lifting construction materials
- Experience operating common hand and power tools
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
