Creekside Home and Garden is a production & retail garden centre, open all year. All members of our team must be customer service oriented. We are looking for a talented individual who can help us in two distinct roles:
- 1. Wholesale Accounts Coordinator
- 2. Assistant Team Lead
1. Wholesale Accounts Coordinator:
- We are seeking candidates possessing great customer service skills to build on existing wholesale relationships and to increase sales by attracting new wholesale clients.
2. Assistant Team Lead
- Because the Wholesale Accounts Coordinator position is not a full-time position, we are looking for an individual who also has the qualities and ability to help lead a “team” focused on constantly improving customer service and production efficiency and product quality in a safe and professional, yet fun and friendly, manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Wholesale Accounts Coordinator:
Communicate with and provide price quotations to our existing wholesale customers and grow our client base. Experience using spreadsheets (Excel) and communicating clearly over the phone, through email, and in person is required.
This position requires end-to-end participation in serving our wholesale customers:
- Present our product lineup to customers and determine (with production manager) if/which custom requests can be accommodated.
- Work with the production manager/production team to ensure the product inputs are ordered and scheduled for production.
- Assist in production (planting and plant care).
- Organize and pull orders.
- Schedule, arrange and assist with order pickups or deliveries.
- Bill (invoice) clients.
2. Assistant Team Lead:
Foster a positive work atmosphere and team culture including addressing staff complaints and resolving problems.
Help coach and motivate team members to provide a great customer experience and contribute towards a productive team-oriented work environment.
A strong customer service attitude, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to professionally handle customer concerns face to face are a must!
Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
