Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of construction and millwork components, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, cabinetmaking, carpentry, and related trades to contribute to diverse projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks.
- Install cabinetry and millwork.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and effectively.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fitment of materials and components.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, cabinetmaking or handyman work.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,, and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; own transportation is a plus. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the construction industry while contributing to diverse projects that require technical expertise and craftsmanship.
