The Bella Group of Companies is looking for an ambitious Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help tell our story across hospitality, real estate, construction, and community development.
This isn’t a desk job.
One day you’ll be filming behind the scenes at Happy Baker. The next you’ll be capturing a luxury apartment, promoting a sold-out event at Grand Bella, or documenting the progress of one of our newest developments.

Your Role
As Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you’ll become the storyteller behind our brands.
You’ll create engaging content, promote events, support new business launches, and help build Bella into one of the most recognized brands in Atlantic Canada.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, restaurant managers, property managers, and event teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects the Bella standard.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Capture professional photos and videos across all Bella brands
- Produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook posts and stories
- Create behind-the-scenes content showcasing our people, projects and culture
- Highlight construction progress, completed developments and community initiatives
- Tell authentic stories that connect with customers
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write compelling captions and promotional campaigns
- Monitor engagement and respond to customer interactions
- Analyze performance and continually improve results
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Event Marketing
You’ll help make every event a success.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating marketing campaigns for restaurant events
- Promoting Grand Bella weddings and special events
- Coordinating content before, during and after events
- Supporting grand openings and community initiatives
- Capturing live content from events
Brand Development
Help shape the future of Bella.
You’ll assist in:
- Maintaining consistent branding across every company
- Developing promotional campaigns
- Supporting new business launches
- Creating marketing materials
- Growing brand awareness throughout Atlantic Canada
Collaboration
Work alongside:
- Restaurant Managers
- Property Management Team
- Executive Assistants
- Construction Team
- Executive Leadership
You’ll become the marketing resource for every Bella company.

Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of marketing, content creation or social media experience
- Excellent photography and videography skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s licence with ability to travel between locations
- Creative eye for branding and storytelling
Assets
- Hospitality or restaurant experience
- Property management or real estate marketing experience
- Event planning experience
- Drone photography or videography
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or similar
- Social media scheduling and analytics software
