Pub - Service Supervisor
Swans Pub is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our team.
Located in the heart of Victoria's historic Old Town, Swans Pub has been a local favourite for decades. Our pub features multiple dining spaces, a vibrant bar scene, private event capabilities, and a welcoming atmosphere that attracts both locals and visitors year-round.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about great service, enjoys leading people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house service during busy lunch, dinner, and event periods
- Support, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Support staff training and development
- Assist with cash-outs, floor management, and daily operational tasks
- Help coordinate and execute private events, group bookings, and special functions
- Maintain service standards and ensure operational procedures are followed
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is required
- Serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
