Optical Technician
Panorama Optometry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Optical Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-testing and collect patient history prior to examinations
- Assist the Optometrist with patient care and clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction
Qualifications
- Previous optical, medical office, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
