- Conduct physical counts in coordination with inventory control and parts departments.
- Report discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide counter service and assist with customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
- Perform all receiving and shipping tasks, including order picking, packing, and processing.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address and resolve any shipping or receiving inquiries.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Warehousing ticket is an asset.
- Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts; on a 7x7 rotation.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build strong internal working relationships.
- Quick learner, adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.

Specifically for the Warehouse Technician role, we offer an annual base salary range of $72,000 - $85,000.00, along with a variety of bonuses. These bonuses include monthly efficiency bonuses linked to safety and production as well as quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer-paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks.
