What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Champion a customer-first culture. From first handshake to final follow-up
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality across the service department
- Set and exceed performance targets, from customer satisfaction to revenue goals
- Ensure vehicles are serviced accurately and promptly - the first time, every time
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions first mindset
- Collaborate across departments, especially with Parts and Sales, to streamline workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing or assisting in a dealership or high-volume auto service shop
- Leadership that inspires! Your team respects you because you lead by example
- Top notch communication and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repairs
- Familiarity with dealership management software
- AST certifications are great, but not a dealbreaker
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
