About Us
We're a growing Calgary-based lawn care company managing over 10,000 residential and commercial accounts. We specialize in lawn care programs, aeration, and pest control. We're building a best-in-class client experience team and looking for two people who want to grow with us.
The Role
You'll be the dedicated point of contact for your own book of clients — thousands of accounts that know you by name. You'll handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell services like aeration, pest control, and seasonal lawn care programs. This is a year-round salaried position with high volume during season (spring through fall) and a focus on account growth, retention projects, and operational improvement in the off-season.
What You'll Do
- Manage your own portfolio of 4,000–5,000 client accounts as their go-to contact
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
- Upsell additional services (aeration, pest control, lawn care programs) to existing clients
- Resolve client concerns quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and notes across all client accounts
- Contribute to off-season projects including process improvement, account retention outreach, and preparing for the next season
Who You Are
- Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure; even when the phones are ringing nonstop
- Highly organized and able to juggle a large volume of accounts without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with upselling and identifying opportunities to add value for clients
- A strong communicator, both on the phone and over email
- You take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged
- Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to the office every day
