Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in using various software applications, and have experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle phone calls, providing customer support and addressing inquiries effectively, booking guest reservations and resolving guest issues.
- Process payments and manage billing through OTA's when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with different departments to communicate all guest needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
