Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support for various departments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic accounting procedures
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone or email
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
- Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and professional
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Effective customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for handling front desk duties and customer inquiries
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and administrative support preferred
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Prior experience in bookkeeping is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
