We are a growing home healthcare agency serving Ottawa and surrounding areas, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
We are currently seeking skilled and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/RPNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This role is ideal for nurses who value independence, professionalism, and building meaningful relationships with clients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in clients’ homes and community settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Educate clients and families on medications, treatments, disease management, and healthy living
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Support clients with mobility, personal care, and activities of daily living when required
- Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
- Respond professionally and effectively to client concerns and changing healthcare needs
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN/RPN license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Previous experience in home care, community nursing, long-term care, or clinical settings is considered an asset
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of medication administration, wound care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification required
- Clear vulnerable sector check required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $28.00-$48.00 per hour
