Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customer operations by processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing exceptional service. This role works closely with customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, billing support, and timely resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare price quotations for parts and pumps.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with billing inquiries and warranty claims.
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email.
- Maintain customer records, order logs, and documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems to enter, update, and track orders.
- Support export compliance documentation as required.
- Coordinate with sales and collections teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service, order processing, or inside sales support experience.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.
- Strong financial/accounting aptitude with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Order entry and customer account management.
- Billing and warranty claim support.
- Sales support and collections coordination.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment experience is a plus.
