The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with asphalt paving, including preparation, laying, and finishing asphalt surfaces. This role requires the ability to work outdoors, operate paving equipment safely, and collaborate with a crew to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards. Prior asphalt experience is required.
