What This Role Is About
At the heart of this position is relationship. The Support Assistant will support a young man who communicates in ways other than words, listening carefully through observation, presence, and attunement. Each day may look different, and the ability to adapt with calmness, creativity, and compassion is essential.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and comprehension of English;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle;
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain);
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check; and,
- Availability for 24-32 hours per week, including every other weekend.

This is an independant contract position, canditates must be a Canadian citizen ,or have Perminent Resident status.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
