About the Role
Convverge is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to play a central role in how we move opportunities forward and win work.
This isn’t a back-office role. You will be embedded in the sales process, working alongside Account Executives and Consultants to turn client needs into clear, compelling proposals and well-defined scopes of work.
You bring structure to fast-moving opportunities. You take inputs that are often incomplete and turn them into something real; drafts that create momentum, tighten the story, and make it easier for our team to close.
Over time, you’ll also help us get better at how we sell; improving our templates, sharpening our messaging, and building a more scalable approach to proposals and SOWs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP responses
- Turn discovery inputs and solution direction into clear, structured, client-ready documentation
- Deliver drafts that are strong, complete, and ready for refinement, not rework
- Help shape how we present opportunities, bringing clarity, structure, and flow to each engagement
- Keep opportunities moving by working quickly and managing multiple competing deadlines
- Identify gaps early, ask the right questions, and drive clarity to maintain momentum
- Iterate quickly on feedback and improve drafts across each cycle
Sales Enablement & Content Ownership
- Partner closely with Account Executives to strengthen positioning, scope clarity, and overall proposal quality
- Contribute directly to how Convverge tells its story across proposals, SOWs, and supporting sales materials
- Build and maintain reusable content, templates, and SOW frameworks that improve speed and consistency
- Help standardize how we present our services, offerings, and delivery approach
- Continuously look for ways to make proposals clearer, tighter, and more effective
- Support the evolution of a more scalable, repeatable proposal and SOW development process as we grow
Qualifications and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in proposal development, sales support, consulting, business analysis, or technical writing
- Strong ability to take complex inputs and turn them into structured, client-ready outputs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate with ambiguity and move forward without perfect information
- Proven ability to iterate quickly and improve based on feedback
