Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Sub-Contractors specializing in fences, decks, and landscaping projects. This role involves executing high-quality construction work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring client satisfaction through craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and be capable of working independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Must provide tools, transportation, liability insurance and WCB.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery necessary for fencing, decking, and landscaping tasks.
- Construct fences, decks, patios, and other outdoor structures according to specifications.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work as needed for landscape features.
- Estimate project materials and labor requirements for accurate planning and execution.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for tools and equipment used during projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fencing, decking, landscaping or related construction fields.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings effectively.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized construction machinery.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and other relevant skills is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
- Valid <PERSON> license or certification is a plus but not mandatory depending on project requirements.

Pay: $16.54-$58.32 per hour
