Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Autism and ADHD.
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience and strong skill set in delivering sessions and maintaining the binder accurately.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children in both clinical and educational settings.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case management activities.
- Complete further certifications in the field to enhance their knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, particularly in a therapy center setting.
- Knowledge of ABA practices.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques for behavior modification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for helping children overcome behavioral challenges and improve their quality of life.
