CoreXBiz is a modular business operations platform designed for workflow-driven and make-to-order businesses. It helps companies manage pricing, production, orders, and internal processes in a more structured and scalable way.
Role Overview
You will work directly with potential clients to understand how their business operates, identify gaps in their current workflow, and demonstrate how CoreXBiz can support and improve their operations.
The role combines product understanding, client communication, and business development. You will be involved from first contact through to closing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (local businesses, referrals, targeted outreach)
- Understand client workflows, challenges, and operational needs
- Present and demonstrate CoreXBiz in a practical, business-focused way
- Guide clients through the decision process and close deals
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth initial adoption
- Provide feedback to improve product positioning and messaging
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills — able to speak clearly with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to understand and discuss business workflows and operations, not just sell a product
- Self-driven and organized — able to manage outreach, follow-ups, and conversations independently
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with evolving structure
- Based in the Vancouver / Burnaby area and available for occasional in-person meetings
Compensation
This is a salary plus commission-based role with earning potential that's entirely up to you. We reward closers — the harder you work your pipeline, the more you make. There's no ceiling.
