Join our busy waterfront restaurant located at the entrance of Granville Island! The Vancouver Fish Company is currently looking for motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Line Cook / Prep Cook

Granville Island – Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (line cook or prep cook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Safe certification is an asset
