We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, reconciling statements, and supporting the overall accounts payable operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of accounting procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoice checking and bookkeeping accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Review and verify expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process electronic payments and manual checks.
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
- Support the cashflow forecast and management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required;
- 1-2 years working experience in AP or GL;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Systems experience with SAP is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, and have a good expression skill in Chinese and English;
- Energetic and willing to learn, good communication and coordination, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and be flexible.
