ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a French-Canadian-speaking HR Advisor to support a global Fortune 500 client that is a leader in the financial software industry. The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to employees across North America.
This is a long-term, W-2 contract opportunity with no defined end date and is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office. Candidates must be able to work PST or CST hours and be fluent in French Canadian.
Essential Functions:
Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
- Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience.
- Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience.
- Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications.
Qualifications:

Must be Fluent in French Canadian

3+ years of HR Generalist experience

Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc, with a focus on the employee experience
- Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
- Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment

High attention to detail, comfortable with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts
