Job Summary
We are seeking new and experienced siding and roofing installers. We do a range of exterior work from commercial to residential siding and roofing and are looking to expand our team.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks
- Install building components such as standing seam and asphalt shingle roofs, specialty and generic siding products.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete installations with precision
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and finish quality
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project timelines and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Requirements
- Proficiency or the willingness to learn with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Physical stamina to work in various environments and conditions for extended periods
- Prior experience with caulking and finishing techniques is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites
