At The Swim Space, we believe every child deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in the water. We’re Atlantic Canada’s first purpose-built swim school for kids — designed to provide a premium learn-to-swim experience in a warm, supportive environment.
Now, we’re looking for part-time Swim Instructors to join our growing team for Thursday and Friday evenings in October and beyond.
Whether you're already certified or your credentials have lapsed, if you have experience teaching swimming and care about making a difference, this is your moment.

Pay: $18.75/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guiding kids through our custom swim curriculum with skill and care
- Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment
- Tracking swimmer progress and giving meaningful feedback
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming pool area
- Representing The Swim Space’s values on deck and with families
Who You Are:
- Experienced in teaching swim lessons (we love a former instructor making a comeback)
- Passionate about working with children
- CPR-C / First Aid certified (or willing to certify)
- Reliable, mature, and great with communication
- Comfortable working evenings and/or weekends

Expected hours: 4.0 – 18.0 per week
