Duties
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon sales goals.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Strong upselling abilities to promote salon services and retail products.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred to enhance product recommendations.
