Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with check-in and preparation for their escape room experience.
- Provide clear instructions on game rules, safety guidelines, and story backgrounds to players.
- Monitor games to ensure smooth operation and provide hints when requested.
- Reset rooms to their original state promptly and accurately after each session.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including game rooms and common areas.
- Handle inquiries, and customer concerns in a professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
- Support promotional events and other activities as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
