The person we want to join us will have 3+ years of relevant experience dealing with Condominium Boards and managing multiple condominium properties and/or a Real Estate Associate License. Mature and courteous interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to problem solve and make informed decisions is desired, as well as the ability to work within a team of professionals committed to a positive resolution process. The delivery of excellent customer service, and the skills necessary to plan, manage and review Budgets, Financial Statements and A/R & A/P reports are also necessary. Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook, with excellent grammatical and written knowledge, and attention to detail are preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers’ license is mandatory as properties are located throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
