Our days are steady and manageable, and we place a strong emphasis on task sharing, clear communication, and helping one another when things get busy. Asking for help is encouraged here- and you’ll actually receive it.
The office closes daily from 12–1pm for lunch, and we are intentional about creating a workday that feels sustainable.
How the MOA Team Works
- Each MOA has a primary area of responsibility
- All MOAs are cross-trained so the team can step in seamlessly when someone is away or needs support
- Responsibilities are shared- no one is stuck carrying everything alone

This is a role where you’re trusted as a professional and supported as a teammate.
