Genesis Interlocking & Custom Landscaping is hiring full-time crew members for the 2026 season. Genesis specializes in building custom outdoor spaces including patios, driveways, retaining walls, decks, fencing, and full landscape transformations.
We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work and want to develop their skills in landscaping and construction.
Experience is not required — training is provided.Applicants with landscaping or construction experience will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of patios, pavers, walkways, and retaining walls
- Move and handle materials (gravel, soil, sand, stone)
- Assist with planting, sod installation, and site preparation
- Support deck and fence construction
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor labour
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Works well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Steel-toed boots required
Pay & Schedule:
- $20–$30 per hour based on experience
- Pay increases throughout the season for strong performance
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8–10 hour days)
- No weekend work
