You will coordinate the scheduling of maintenance appointments for existing clients and new clients. In this role, you will track when clients are due for maintenances, reach out to schedule appointments, and communicate schedules with technicians.
Renumeration is $17.60/hr + 5% Commission
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service calls and service requests
- Call existing clients to schedule appointments and educate on importance of regular maintenance
- Answer phones
- Reply to and sort emails
- Closing work order tickets
- Communicate with technicians

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- University or College an asset (Administration, Marketing)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- HVAC industry experience preferably in customer service, scheduling, and dispatching is an asset
