The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This individual actively participates in recruitment activities, document management, administrative file maintenance, and the coordination of various HR processes. They also collaborate with other departments across the organization to support a variety of administrative and human resources initiatives.
Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule);
- 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the full recruitment process;
- Prepare hiring documentation and complete all related administrative follow-ups;
- Assist with the administrative onboarding of new employees;
- Maintain and update employee personnel files;
- Prepare a variety of HR documents, including letters, employment contracts, and forms;
- Monitor employee training, probationary periods, and other HR-related deadlines;
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments based on organizational priorities;
- Follow up on various assignments delegated by the Human Resources team;
- Perform any other reasonable and related duties normally associated with the position, in accordance with the qualifications, skills, and abilities required of an Administrative Assistant.
- DEP/AEC in office administration, administration, secretarial studies, or relevant experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written);
- Asset – Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
