About Us
Hexagon Psychology is a growing, mission-driven mental health organization based in Airdrie, Alberta, serving clients across Alberta and virtually across Canada. We provide psychological assessment and counselling for children, teens, and adults, we deliver professional learning for mental health professionals, and we undertake applied research in mental health and education. Our tagline, “Support from all angles,” captures how we work. Our mission is to help people overcome challenges and live their best lives, and our vision is to be the premier provider of mental health services, training, and research.
Six core values guide us: Expertise, Relationships, Innovation, Autonomy, Collaboration, and Impact. We are a bold, forward-thinking team. We challenge the status quo, welcome big ideas, and believe the best progress comes from trying new things and learning as we go.
We care about our people and our communities, and we hold to a simple principle: psychology comes before business. If you want your work to matter, and you like a place where your ideas are heard, you will fit right in.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will amplify Hexagon’s impact, engage our communities, and strengthen our brand across local, national, and international audiences. This is a hands-on execution role: you take projects from first idea to finished product and deliver dependable, high-quality work with minimal oversight. You will bring creativity and strategic thinking to a fast-paced environment where change is welcomed as a catalyst for growth.
Hexagon works across three divisions: Hexagon Psychology (assessment and counselling), Hexagon Training (professional learning for mental health professionals), and Hexagon Research (applied research). To start, most of your work will center on Hexagon Training, with Hexagon Psychology, and to a lesser extent Hexagon Research, growing as a focus over time.
This is a full-time role based in our Airdrie office, with the option for about one remote day per week. Occasional travel, a few times a year, may be needed for conferences, events, and promotional work at the local, provincial, national, and international levels, and all travel expenses are covered.
You will report to both the Operations Manager, who owns marketing execution, and the CEO, who sets brand direction and serves as our public spokesperson. To be upfront, there may not be a defined promotion track at the start. As the organization grows, and as your work helps drive business development and new opportunities, this role can expand over time, potentially into a Marketing Manager position.
