Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Mover/Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting and moving items, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse and client locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in moving, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, equipment, and other items to various locations.
- Operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients during deliveries or pickups.
- Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during moving or driving tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in moving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving preferred, but will train.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to safety standards at all times.
Pay: $20.00-$28.14 per hour
