Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Follow all safety protocols related to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Complete prep lists (if necessary) to ensure enough product is available for service
- Re-stock any low items during and after shift.
- Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
- Help with additional tasks, as required and assigned by supervisor/manager
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
Requirements :
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude with a team mindset
- communication and organizational skills
- Physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop.

Experience/Certifications:
- Minimum 1 Year cooking in a commercial kitchen
- Food Handler or equivalent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
