Duties
- Provide accurate information about products and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
- Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor to establish a positive shopping environment right as they walk in.
- Sweeping floors, wiping down counters, cleaning beverage stations, and emptying trash bins to keep the environment inviting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Minimum Age Requirements to handle age-restricted goods.
- Capable of standing on your feet for the majority of an 8-hour shift, as well as lifting and moving product boxes weighing up to 15–20 kg.
