We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team (from 10pm to 1am every day). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as polishing, scrubbing, and minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Manage custodial duties efficiently, adhering to scheduled routines to meet cleanliness standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, buffers, and other power tools.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and heavy lifting procedures.
- Ensure all work areas are kept organized and free of hazards through effective time management.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for different surfaces.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
