MV Infrastructures Maritimes is a young company specializing in the installation of floating docks for a commercial clientele — marinas, municipalities, boating clubs, and resort complexes . We're hiring crew members to join our installation teams in the field. You'll work alongside an team lead, learning the trade hands-on while getting paid well from day one. No experience needed — if you show up, work hard, and like being outdoors on the water, we'll train you. This is honest, physical work with a tight crew. The harder the team performs, the more everyone earns .
Responsibilities
Assemble, transport, and install floating dock sections on-site Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely throughout the job Work from boats and barges on the water Follow the team lead's direction and contribute to hitting daily targets Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Represent MVIM professionally in front of clients Requirements Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all weather Comfortable on and around the water Reliable, punctual, and a team player Valid driver's license an asset Must be able to lift heavy loads and work on your feet all day
