Job Summary
Experienced Concrete Formers needed. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing, and restoration. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of tools and equipment. The Concrete Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects by ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools for concrete forming and finishing tasks
- Assist in the installation of rebar and other reinforcement materials
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks associated with concrete materials and equipment
- Engage in carpentry tasks related to formwork for concrete pours
- Apply caulking and other sealing materials as necessary for project completion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields, particularly in concrete work
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong physical stamina with the capability for heavy lifting
- Knowledge of safety protocols in construction environments

Pay: $30.00-$37.73 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
