We are looking for a FLOOR MANAGER with previous management experience to join our team. The FLOOR MANAGER is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives along with supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:

Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service

Manage staff, providing them with feedback and maintaining a high level of employee morale

Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to ensure guest recovery and return

Create an engaging and energetic environment where all associates work as a highly functioning team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years’ experience as a manager of a high volume, similar environment

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent is an asset

Wine education is a must
-
Sommelier accreditation is an asset

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels, exceptional interpersonal skills

High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity

Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage
