Looking for someone to join our post construction cleaning team right away. Post construction cleaning consist of cleaning new houses and condo/apartment buildings before people move in. Looking for someone who is detail oriented, reliable and enjoys physical work. No experience required. Vehicle an asset but not required if you can get to different locations around the greater Victoria, Langford and Sooke area by bus. Steel toe boots, Hard hat and high vis vest required to work on job sites. Must live in greater Victoria, ESQ, Sidney, Langford or Sooke or surrounding areas. Please do not apply if you do not live on Vancouver Island.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Wash tubs and tile
- Wipe out cabinets
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
