Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Metal 3D Printing Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality dental prosthetics using SLM technology, ensuring every piece meets our strict standards of precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain SLM 3D printer for dental prosthetics production.
- Inspect and finish metal prosthetics to meet quality specifications.
- Operate and maintain resin 3D printers
- Maintain equipment, materials, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery of cases.
- Keep accurate production records and adhere to lab safety protocols.
- Assist in shipping and receiving orders.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SLM or other metal 3D printing technologies (preferred but not required).
- Experience with CAD/CAM workflows, or digital dentistry (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
