Kelowna Paint Supply (formerly Benjamin Moore Kelowna) is looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our growing business. We're more than just a paint store—we're trusted project partners for homeowners, contractors, designers, and DIY enthusiasts throughout the Okanagan.

What You'll Do
Every day is different. You'll work directly with customers to help them choose the right colours, products, and solutions for their projects while supporting the daily operations of our busy retail store.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting homeowners, contractors, and DIY customers with product selection and project planning
- Providing colour and product recommendations
- Processing sales and customer orders through our POS system
- Tinting paint and preparing customer orders
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Supporting teammates wherever needed to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Position Requirements
- Full-time availability (30–40 hours per week)
- Availability for weekends and occasional evenings (store hours are 6:30 AM–6:30 PM)
- Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Ability to train at our Kelowna location and occasionally rotate between shifts as required
